One of my favorite pieces, this has been in my collection a long time. I’m calling this a washstand because the top lifts up and there is a double hole inside to set a wash basin in. This is a beautiful piece with lovely turned legs and a beveled edge on the top. there is a faux drawer in the front with a fancy pewter knob. the bowl included is not original and is only about 40 years old.
The stand measures 3 1/2” wide, 2 5/8” deep, and stands 3” tall. It is in excellent condition, with only a small chip in the wood on the back where is was chiseled out for the hinge.
