Thank you Patty Cooper for your new book AMERICAN SOFT METAL DOLLHOUSE FURNITURE ca. 1890 -1920 in which she shows this room box as E.W. Blatchford & Co. and the furniture as Peter Pia.
The room box measures 11 1/4” wide, 9 1/2” deep, and 8 7/8” tall. The exterior walls are brick and the interior walls are a soft yellow floral print. There is a soft metal mirror / mantel over the fireplace. This room box appears to be the earlier version that would have had pictures on the wall instead of the printed pictures. Very good condition for its age, but does have a little damage on the front right corner, and I don’t think the old lace curtains are original to the room.
